Why Don’t Consultants Always Strongly Guarantee Their Work?

Good question! I believe every professional who claims to be one of the best (and why would you hire someone who claims to be “sub-par?”) should be willing to risk his own money by guaranteeing his work. I do.

I wish I could say I hit a home run every time, but of course I can’t.  By and large, however, those who have chosen to work with me have been quite happy, as their testimonials attest.

I recognize that alone is not enough to earn your trust, especially if you haven’t worked with me before.   For this reason…

  • I guarantee that my advice will be helpful in shaping the direction you take, overcoming a hurdle you are facing, or exposing a new opportunity. If you’re not entirely satisfied, just tell me within 12 months and I’ll promptly refund 100% of my fee. I call this my 12 Months “Emphasis on Results” and “You Must Be Happy” Guarantee.
  • I am selective about accepting new members, clients, and engagements.  I am also subject to limited availability due to demand and my various business interests.  I only accept clients if I strongly believe that I can be of substantial value to them, based on their needs and my relevant experience.
  • I’m happy to discuss anyone’s situation and be helpful where I can. That means offering advice, suggesting options, or recommending alternative resources. What happens after that is entirely up to the person I’m talking to.   It also means being up front if I don’t think we’re a good match.
